Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Boiled new potatoes
3 Hard boiled eggs
1 Whole boiled carrots
Tinned peas
Half an onion
1 small Joint of roast beef; (cold)
1 can Kosher pickled cucumbers
Mayonnaise
Fresh dill

Directions

Chop all the ingredients into small cubes and place in a large mixing bowl, draining the peas and cucumbers beforehand.

Mix in a generous amount of mayonnaise to taste.

Garnish with fresh dill and serve with vodka, more pickled cucumbers and brown rye bread.
