Rye dumplings - lenten

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Vegetable oil
¾ cup Vegetable broth
1 cup White flour
¾ cup Rye flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 quart Vegetable broth
½ teaspoon Salt; optional

Directions
