Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50 grams Cornmeal
50 grams Self raising flour
50 grams Unsalted butter
½ bunch Coriander picked and chopped
1 Egg
1 pinch Salt and water
Oil to fry

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together well. Add a little water at a time until it becomes a stiff dough.

Roll into 20g balls and fry until golden brown.
