Salad of cod, green beans, onions and cherry tomatoes

10 | ounces | Green beans -- prepared |
2 | tablespoons | Minced red onion sliced |
DRESSING | ||
1 | tablespoon | Fresh lime juice |
1 | tablespoon | Raspberry vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | teaspoon | Cilantro -- finely chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Jalapeno -- minced |

Directions
Combine chunks of a broiled cod fillet with steamed green beans, cut in 1-inch lengths, some minced red onion, and a few sliced cherry tomatoes.
Toss the salad gently with a zesty dressing made from a tablespoon each of lime juice, raspberry vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with cilantro, jalapenos, salt and pepper.
Add healthy calories from a carbohydrate, like wheat germ, and enjoy.
