Salmon souffle~

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter, melted
4 slices Bread -- torn into pieces
1 can 15 1/2oz Salmon,
Drained/flaked
2 Eggs, separated
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
Paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 350~. Mix milk, margarine and bread; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1½-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, until puffed and golden, about 1 hour. Serves 6. Per serving using margarine: Calories 134⅗; fat 7.2g; cholesterol 81mg; carbohydrates 10.3g; dietary fiber 0.5g; protein 7.1g; sodium 534mg.
