Salmon suprise^

6 | Green lasagna noodles | |
2 | tablespoons | Lowfat buttermilk or skim milk |
6 | (3oz) slamon fillets | |
1 | cup | Marinara sauce (seperate recipe) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook noodles until tender but firm. Drain. Mix milk with Marinara sauce and pour ¼ cup on bottom of a baking dish.
Place 1 fillet in center of 1 cooked noodle and roll up. Place roll in sauce, seam side down. Repeat with remaining fillets and noodles.
cover rolls with remaining sauce. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and fish is cooked. Makes 6 servings.
Variation: Add 1 tablespoon chopped spinach to center of lasagna with salmon.
