Sausage and egg casserole #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard (up to)
4 slices Day old bread; crumbled
1 pounds Sausage; cooked, crumbled
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

In a 2-quart casserole layer bread, sausage & cheese in that order. Beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard together & pour on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until set. May be made the day before. Yields 8-10 servings.
