6 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard (up to) |
4 | slices | Day old bread; crumbled |
1 | pounds | Sausage; cooked, crumbled |
2 | cups | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
In a 2-quart casserole layer bread, sausage & cheese in that order. Beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard together & pour on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until set. May be made the day before. Yields 8-10 servings.
