Sausage and egg casserole (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese grated
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
6 Slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
1 pounds Sausage--crumbled, fried and drained
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10.
