1 | large | Onion, chopped |
2 | cups | Biscuit mix |
¾ | cup | Milk |
2 | larges | Eggs |
1 | tablespoon | Caraway or poppy seed |
1½ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan, 13x9x2 inches. Cook and stir sausage and onion over med heat until sausage is brown; drain. Mis baking mis, milk and 1 ett; spread in pan. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Top with sausage mixture. Mix sour cream, salt and remaining egg; pour evenly over sausage. Sprinkle with paprica. Bake uncovered until set, 25-30 minutes.
