Saut‚d zucchini slices

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Zucchini
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg; beaten
½ cup Flour
teaspoon Garlic powder
teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 dash Pepper
2 tablespoons Salad oil
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Wash and slice unpeeled zucchini into ½ inch slices. Dip into egg and then flour mixed with poultry seasoning, salt, garlic and pepper.

Heat oil in skillet and saut‚ zucchini 2 minutes on each side or until tender.
