Sautd zucchini slices

1 | pounds | Zucchini |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
½ | cup | Flour |
⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
1 | dash | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Wash and slice unpeeled zucchini into ½ inch slices. Dip into egg and then flour mixed with poultry seasoning, salt, garlic and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet and saut zucchini 2 minutes on each side or until tender.
