3 cups Bamboo; parboiled, sliced
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper; to taste

Directions

Heat the fat in a frying pan, add the bamboo, saute for about 5 minutes unt slightly brown, and stir occasionally . Add the seasoning and serve on hot cooked rice with acheese sauce.
