Sauteed bean curd

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Medium tofu
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Cut tofu into rectangles, 1½ X ¾ X ¾ inch. Pat dry.

Heat oil in a skillet over a medium high heat. When hot, put in half the tofu. Cook 3 minutes on one side. Turn over & cook for another 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon. Keep on a warmed platter.

Repeat with the rest of the tofu.

Serve hot with a sauce.
