6 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
4 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
4 | tablespoons | Parsley; finely minced |
1 | pinch | Pepper |
1 | pinch | Oregano |
12 | Jumbo shrimp with tails; peeled and deveined |
Directions
In a kettle put olive oil, garlic, parsley, pepper and oregano. Heat together 2 minutes; then add shrimp. Cover pot and steam shrimp over moderate heat until done (about 5 minutes). Serve shrimp on platter with cooking liquid poured over them. Serves 3.
