¼ | ounce | Grains of paradise or pepper mixed with a little ginger |

½ | ounce | Brown sugar |
Directions
ITALY
Break the cinnamon into pieces and grind all the ingredients to a fine powder. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 months.
