Scone cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Yogurt; plain
¼ cup Whipping cream
3 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Directions

Put the yogurt in a colander lined with a double layer of cheesecloth.

Place over a deep bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. In a small bowl, whip the cream. Fold in the yogurt cheese and powdered sugar.
