Seasoned potato wedges^

3 mediums Baking potatoes
1 teaspoon Oil
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Coarsley ground black
Pepper

Directions

Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges. Arrange, skin side down, in 12x8" baking dish. Brush cut edges with oil. In small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes. cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 9-11 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Heat broiler. Place potatoes on broiler pan; broil 4-6" from heat 3-4 minutes or until browned. 6 servings.
