Shad with sorrel

White pepper -- to taste | ||
¼ | cup | Dry white wine |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | cup | Chopped sorrel leaves |
1 | tablespoon | Unsalted butter |
Directions
PLACE SHAD IN A MEDIUM saute pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
