Ingredients

500 grams Sweet potatoes; boiled and grated
60 grams Mawa; crumbled
80 grams Paneer; grated
25 grams Ginger; julienned
30 grams Mint leaves; chopped
10 grams Grated nutmeg
50 grams Broken cashewnuts; fried
125 grams Roasted gram flour
10 grams White pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Chaat masala powder; (5 g)
Lime juice as required

Directions

FOR THE GARNISH

MIX sweet potatoes, mawa, paneer, ginger, mint leaves, cashewnuts, nutmeg and the seasoning. Add gram flour and bind to a dough. Take small portions of the dough and put on skewers as for seekh kababs. Cook in medium hot tandoor till done. Sprinkle chaat masala and lime juice on top. Serve with mint chutney.
