Simple pecan crunch cakes

110 | grams | Unsalted butter; (4oz) |
1 | cup | Chocolate chips |
150 | grams | Shredded coconut; (5 1/2oz) |
110 | grams | Chopped pecans; (4oz) |
400 | millilitres | Condensed milk; (14fl oz) |
Directions
Heat oven to 180øC/350øF/gas mark 4.
Melt butter and pour into an 8 inch baking tray. Sprinkle the coconut, choc chips and the nut and then drizzle over the condensed milk. Do not mix, just bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Remove, cool and cut into 2 inch squares to serve.
