Sizzled veggies and spaghetti

Ingredients

1 cup Boiled spaghetti
½ cup Cabbage finely shredded
½ cup Carrot julienned
½ cup Beans cut into juliennes
½ cup Onions thinly sliced
½ cup Bean sprouts boiled
1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Chillies in vinegar or chilli garlic
; water
1 teaspoon Ginger water
1 teaspoon Soyasauce
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Mix all vegetables and spaghetti, except onions.

Heat butter on a large sizzler tray or griddle (pavbhaji tawa).

Add onions and stir fry till tender.

Add mixed spaghetti and veggies. Stirfry 3-4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Serve sizzling hot, with boiled rice or warm buttered bread or rolls.

Makes: 4-5 servings bowl
