Sliced cantaloupe and blackberries with almond cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese; Tub Style
2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon 1% Low-Fat Milk
¼ teaspoon Almond Extract
½ Cantaloupe; Peeled And Seeded, Cut Lengthwise
1 cup Blackberries
4 teaspoons Sliced Almonds; Roasted
Mint Sprigs; Optional

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Arrange cantaloupe slices, ¼ cup blackberries, and 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each of 4 dessert plates. Sprinkle each serving with 2 teaspoons toasted almonds, and garnish with mint springs, if desired.
