Smoked fish kedgeree

2 | Hard cooked eggs; sliced | |
¼ | Dried green pepper | |
1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
1 | Tomato; chopped |
Directions
Recipe By : Ted Dahlen "Smoke Seafood" Flake fish. Make a white sauce using 3 Tbsp butter, 3 Tbsp flour,, salt, pepper and milk. Place rice, fish, eggs, green pepper and tomato in layers in a 1-½ quart casserole. Begin and end with a layer of rice and pour white sauce over all. Dot with 1 Tbsp butter. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 20 to 30 minutes or until piping hot.
