Smoked habaneros in adobo sauce

8 eaches Smoked habaneros, chopped
1 each Chopped onion
5 eaches Cloves of garlic, minced
4 tablespoons Vinegar
5 tablespoons Catsup
3 cups Water
1 pinch Salt

Directions

Smoke habaneros until golden brown and semi-dry. Chop into small pieces and add into other ingredients. Simmer gently uncovered for about 1 hour.
