Snow chili

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Dry white or Navy beans
6 cups Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Chicken base
1 teaspoon Pleasoning seasoning
1 tablespoon Oil
2 cups Onions, chopped
7 eaches Cloves garlic, minced
4 cups Chopped chicken
4 ounces Green chiles
4 teaspoons Ground cumin
2 teaspoons Ground oregano
1 teaspoon Red pepper
3 cups Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Sour cream

Directions

Cook beans in broth with base and seasoning for 2 hours or until beans are tender. Brown onion, garlic and chicken in oil. Add to bean mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add cheese and sour cream.
