1 | pounds | Dry white or Navy beans |
6 | cups | Chicken broth |
1 | tablespoon | Chicken base |
1 | teaspoon | Pleasoning seasoning |
1 | tablespoon | Oil |
2 | cups | Onions, chopped |
7 | eaches | Cloves garlic, minced |
4 | cups | Chopped chicken |
4 | ounces | Green chiles |
4 | teaspoons | Ground cumin |
2 | teaspoons | Ground oregano |
1 | teaspoon | Red pepper |
3 | cups | Monterey Jack cheese |
1 | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
Cook beans in broth with base and seasoning for 2 hours or until beans are tender. Brown onion, garlic and chicken in oil. Add to bean mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add cheese and sour cream.
