Soft pumpernickel bread

¾ cup Whole wheat flour
cup Bread flour
¾ cup Rye flour
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
tablespoon Molasses
3 tablespoons Honey
1 cup Warm water

Directions

Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle or regular cycle on Lightest crust to Medium crust setting. Mc formatting by bobbi744@...

NOTES : Makes one 1½ pound loaf. Per 1 ½ pound loaf: 1712 calories, 18 grams fat, 31 mg. cholesterol. Bobbie's Note: I added about 2 tsp. gluten to this bread. It was soft and very flavorful. Nice dark color.
