½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
tablespoon Vegetable oil
cup Sourdough starter
½ cup Water
¾ cup Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

DIRECTIONS FOR 1 LB. LOAF

INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1½ LB LOAF

1. Add all ingredients except Cheddar cheese in the order suggested by

your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions.

2. At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading in the Panasonic

or National), add the cheese.
