Spaghetti alla carbonara

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Bacon cut in pieces |
½ | pounds | Onions cut in pieces |
¾ | pounds | Mushrooms halved |
½ | cup | Whipping cream or half&half |
⅓ | cup | Parsley chopped |
2 | eaches | Eggs |
½ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
⅛ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
1 | pounds | Spaghetti |
Butter and olive oil |
Directions
1. Cook bacon and drain on a towel 2. Cook onion in olive oil until soft - drain 3. Cook mushrooms in butter - drain 4. Put bacon, onions, and mushrooms together 5. In a bowl beat eggs, cream, cheese, parsley, and pepper. 6. Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain DO NOT RINSE 7. Place hot spaghetti in a bowl. 8. Put bacon mixture on top. 9.
