Spaghetti alla carbonara

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Bacon cut in pieces
½ pounds Onions cut in pieces
¾ pounds Mushrooms halved
½ cup Whipping cream or half&half
cup Parsley chopped
2 eaches Eggs
½ cup Parmesan cheese
teaspoon Red pepper
1 pounds Spaghetti
Butter and olive oil

Directions

1. Cook bacon and drain on a towel 2. Cook onion in olive oil until soft - drain 3. Cook mushrooms in butter - drain 4. Put bacon, onions, and mushrooms together 5. In a bowl beat eggs, cream, cheese, parsley, and pepper. 6. Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain DO NOT RINSE 7. Place hot spaghetti in a bowl. 8. Put bacon mixture on top. 9.
