¼ cup Olive oil
¼ Stick butter
3 tablespoons Chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Fresh chopped parsley
½ cup White wine
Salt and pepper to taste
16 ounces Thin spaghetti- cooked according to dir.
Gratd cheese for serving

Directions

Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sautee for 5 min on low.

Add wine and simmer for 5 min. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
