½ | teaspoon | Dried mint |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | cup | Marinara sauce |
1 | 12\" pizza crust | |
1 | cup | Feta cheese -- crumbled |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil and add onion and cook until just tender, about 4 minutes. Add spinach; cover and cook until liquid is evaporated, 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mint (or parsley combined with mint), salt and pepper. Spread sauce over crust. Spread evenly with spinach mixture. Sprinkle with feta. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 230 Cal, 9 gr Fat.
