Spiced pears (pear mince meat)

Quantity Ingredient
7 pounds Ground pears
3 pounds Sugar
3 pounds Ground raisins
cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Ground cloves
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Allspice
1 Lemon; juice of

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and continue to cook until pears are soft. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
