Vegetable oil for frying
210 grams Chick peas; drained
1 Garlic clove; chopped
30 millilitres Each of chives; parsley and
; coriander, chopped
1 Pinches chilli powder
Plain flour
Naan bread

Directions

1 Fill a medium size pan with vegetable oil and heat. Blend the chick peas in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients and add enough flour to bind together.

2 Shape into small patties and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with naan bread.
