Spicy ladies fingers for blue ribboned wi - okra

Ingredients

15 millilitres Vegetable oil
2 Garlic cloves; chopped
1 Pinches turmeric; curry powder,
; ground cumin,
; chilli powder and
; cardamom
75 grams Okra; sliced
2 Chillies; chopped
50 grams Cauliflower florets
30 millilitres Double cream
1 Squeeze lemon juice
2 Naan breads

Directions

1 Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and spices. Fry for a few minutes. Add the okra with 150ml/ ¼ pt Water and bring to the boil.

2 Stir in the chillies and cauliflower and cook until tender. A few minutes before serving, stir in the cream and lemon juice. Serve with the naan bread toasted on a griddle.
