Spicy lentil - potato stew

Ingredients

½ | cup | Lentils (uncooked) |
1 | cup | Chopped carrots |
¼ | cup | Chopped celery leaves |
3 | Cloves chopped garlic | |
½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
2 | cups | Tomato juice |
2 | mediums | Potatoes (don't peel) (chop into 1/2\" cubes) |
½ | cup | Chopped celery |
1 | tablespoon | Chili powder (or less) |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
¾ | cup | Water |
Directions
Throw it all in a large sauce pan, mix it up, and bring it to a boil.
