Spicy oven fries

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Red Potatoes
Juice of half a lemon
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper

Directions

Scrub the potatoes well and cut into ¼-inch thick wedges, leaving skins on.

Lightly oil a baking sheet and arrange the wedges in rows, making sure they're not overlapping.

Mix the lemon juice with the cumin and chili powder, brush onto the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
