3 pounds FRYER CHICKEN, CUT-UP
¾ cup EVAPORATED MILK

Directions

COMBINE CRUSHED POTATO STICKS AND SEASONINGS. DIP CHICKEN PARTS IN EVAPORATED MILK AND THEN IN SEASON MIXTURE. PLACE ON BROILER PAN OR ON RACK IN A 9 X 13 PAN.

NOTE: SPRAY RACK OR PAN WITH COOLING SPRAY FOR EASY CLEAN-UP
