Spicy tofu and fruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 ounces Tofu; lowfat, cubed
½ cup Apricot halves; dried
½ cup Prunes; pitted
¼ cup Raisins
½ cup Orange juice
¼ cup White wine; dry
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Allspice
3 cups Rice; cooked, brown

Directions

Put tofu, apricots, prunes, and raisins in crockpot. In small bowl combine other ingred. Mix to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over tofu and fruit. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
