Spicy tofu and fruit

Ingredients

10 | ounces | Tofu; lowfat, cubed |
½ | cup | Apricot halves; dried |
½ | cup | Prunes; pitted |
¼ | cup | Raisins |
½ | cup | Orange juice |
¼ | cup | White wine; dry |
2 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Allspice |
3 | cups | Rice; cooked, brown |
Directions
Put tofu, apricots, prunes, and raisins in crockpot. In small bowl combine other ingred. Mix to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over tofu and fruit. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
