Spinach herb sauce

1 | cup | Bottled mayonnaise |
½ | cup | Plain yogurt |
2 | teaspoons | Minced fresh tarragon |
1 | teaspoon | Fresh lemon juice |
2 | teaspoons | Minced fresh chives |
Directions
In a blender puree the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the chives. Serve the sauce with chicken.
Makes about 2 cups.
