Steamed leeks with mustard vinaigrette

1 Recipe Steamed Leeks
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ cup Olive oil

Directions

MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

1. Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar together in a small bowl until well-blended; slowly whisk in olive oil so the vinaigrette emulsifies.

2. Arrange leeks (warm or chilled) on plates, drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
