Steamed leeks glazed with crunchy seeds

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Yellow mustard seeds
½ teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Butter
1 Recipe Steamed Leeks

Directions

1. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and all of the seeds together in a small bowl; set aside.

2. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add leeks and spice mixture. cook, shaking skillet constantly and turning leeks to coat all sides, until mixture thickens to a glaze, about 2 minutes.

3. Arrange leeks on plates; pour remaining glaze over leeks and serve.
