Steamed tofu `cake'

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
400 grams Silky soft tofu - mashed up
100 grams Frozen mixed vegies (thawed) peas, corn, carrots, string beans, etc (comes in a pack in the frozen section)
1 Egg substitute
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Light soya sauce
Ground black pepper
Fresh parsley
Other herbs like rosemary, sage.... up to you!

Directions
