Strawberry cheese tart

1 Prebaked 9-inch pastry shell, home made or store-bought
½ cup Ricotta cheese
½ cup Lowfat strawberry yogurt
4 cups Fresh strawberries
¼ cup Fruit jelly

Directions

Strawberry Cheese Tart

Mix together cheese and yogurt until smooth. Do not overmix. Pour into cooled baked crust.

Cut off stems from strawberries and place stem ends down into filling. Melt jelly and ½ tsp water and brush over strawberries.

Serves 8.
