Strawberry rhubarb mold

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Cups water
1 Cup sugar
2 Packages (4-serving size)
Strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 Package (16 ounces)
Frozen rhubarb, thawed,
Chopped, and well drained
1 Can (20 ounces) crushed
Pineapple, drained
½ Cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Coat a 2-quart mold with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.
