Strawberry rhubarb jam

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Fresh strawberries -- or
Frozen crushed
cup Rhubarb, frozen -- or fresh
Diced
cup Sugar
1 can Crushed pineapple --
Undrained 8oz
1 pack Strawberry gelatin powder --
3 Oz

Directions

In a large kettle, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and pineapple.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour into jars or freezer containers, leaving ½ inch headspace. Cool. Top with lids.

Refrigerate or freeze. Yield: 5½ cups.
