FOOD SERVICE PERSONEL WILL PREHEAT AN ELECTRIC TOASTER FOR 20 MIN.
OR A GAS TOASTER FOR 10 MIN. BEFORE SREVING TIME. FOOD SERVICE PERSONEL WILL TOAST TWO LOAVES OF ASSRTED BREAD WHEN THE SERVING LINE OPENS AND WILL PROGRESSIVELY COOK TOAST THROUGH THE SERVING PERIOD. WHEN REPLENISHING THE SERVING LINE
THE AMOUNT OF TIME LEFT TO SERVE THE MEAL TO PREVENT WASTE. AFTER SERVING PERIOD THE AMOUNTS USED WILL BE ENTERED ON THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
