Stuffed manicotti shells

1 | pint | Ricotta cheese |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
4 | cups | Italian meat sauce mix |
Romano and/or parmesan cheee |
Directions
Cook manicotti in boiling salted water according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Blend well. Stuff into cooked manicotti shells. Preheat oven to 350. Place 1 cup of italian cooking sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Place stuffed manicotti shells on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top of shells. Sprinkle with romano and/or parmesan cheese, for garnish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, until heated through. Submitted By MEG ANTCZAK On 02-12-95
