Ingredients

1 | pounds | Round steak or stew meat |
1 | Bunch green onions; chopped | |
1 | Stalk celery; chopped | |
1 | can | (16-oz) bamboo shoots; undrained |
1 | can | (16-oz) bean sprouts; undrained |
3 | cans | (8-oz) water chestnuts; undrained |
1 | Bottle soy sauce | |
1 | can | (16-oz) Chinese noodles |
Directions
Cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Brown in large pan. Add onions & celery.
Turn heat low, cover & cook 15 minutes. Drain juices from cans into meat mixture. Cook 20 minutes on low heat. Pour vegetables into meat mixture.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
