Directions
Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix berries, fruit, white wine, juice and sugar. Without puncturing the parchment or foil, make a boat or box of each sheet by folding up the edges. Divide the fruit mixture equally among the packets. Pull edges together and fold over several times, creating a seal. Place fruit packets on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. Serve by peeling back the sides of packets and top with cream sauce.
