Sunny's yummy easy baked tofu

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 16 oz block firm tofu
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Basil

Directions

Rinse tofu and slice into 8 equal slices. Put slices in a baking dish. Pour soy sauce to cover slices, top and bottom. Do not drench.

mix flour, chili powder, ginger and basil in a bowl. Dredge wach pieces of tofu in the flour mixture and place ona generously oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minute on each side. Serve with noodle sor rice.
