Supa de tarcan (tarragon soup)

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Veal or lamb
1 x Onion, chopped
2 xes Celery stalks, chopped
¼ cup Tarragon, fresh, chopped
1 pint Sour cream
1 tablespoon Flour
1 quart Water
1 x Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Place meat in a pot to boil, removing foam as it boils. Add onion, tarragon and celery to soup when meat is boiled. Make a paste of sour cream and flour, adding a little soup to thin, then return to soup.

Add salt & pepper.
