Tarragon vinegar

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups White vinegar
3 Inch fresh tarragon sprig
1 Clove garlic, halved
(optional)

Directions

A sweet fragrant infusion, use this in place of regular vinegar if you like.

Place ingredients in a small saucepan and heat, but do not boil.

Remove garlic clove if using. Place sprig of tarragon and vinegar in a sterile jar or the bottle in which the vinegar came in. Store on pantry shelf.

Yields about 2 cups
